We offer a 100-day return policy. This means you have 100 days from the date of receipt to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, you must find suitable packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation and instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted. Note: if your country of residence is outside the UK, delivery of your goods may take longer than expected.
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Contact us via email or telephone before returning the goods to obtain the correct return address. If you require an exchange, it’s your responsibility to check with us for product availability.
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange any used product. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for customised or bespoke products that are not damaged or defective. This includes customised mats and mats with any form of printing, such as lettering, images, or photographs. Custom order cancellations are only possible if the product has not yet been manufactured in our workshop. Cancellations after production are generally not possible, but please contact us for more information.
Until received at the specified address, we accept no responsibility for loss of or damage to goods returned in this manner. We are not responsible for postage returns, except for misdelivered, defective, or damaged goods, if we ask you to contact our customer service centre first. Postage costs for goods returned for any other reason will be at your sole expense. Additionally, we are unable to refund any amount exceeding the original payment for the order. In such cases, please contact us for payment details.
Upon receiving the goods in their original condition, any payments made by you for your purchase will be refunded in full within 28 days. Alternatively, if applicable, replacement goods will be dispatched to you as soon as possible at no additional cost.
